Looking for a way to promote your company that’s completely tax deductible? MCQMRA is it!!  MCQMRA is looking for sponsors to help kids from the age of 5 to 16 live their dream of racing We are a family oriented non profit organization does just that. We have recently been spotlighted on two local TV stations and multiple news papers which has helped get our name out to many families in the Middle Tennessee area. We are looking for sponsors that can help in keeping our future racers dream alive. With the momentum that we’re building, you can only benefit from this positive exposure.

 

We have multiple contribution levels that you can choose from. If you have a item that you do not see on the list, it could still happen. We want to work with YOU. We will do as much as we can to help promote you company and out track. A few other options could be single race sponsorship, division sponsorship (all cars in your division run decals with you company name on them.), and race trophy sponsorship.

 

Track Sonsorship Contribution Levels:

 

Champion -  Major Sponsor -  ($5,000.00)

Includes: Predominantly placed corporate name/logo/information:

4x6 track signs on Announcers/Scorers tower, and 4x6 Front Straight track sign, and 4 x 6 Pit

Area track sign at the MCQMRA track. Plus links and your info on the MCQMRA web pages.

ALSO INCLUDED!! You secure 2 agreed upon dates where we come to your place of business and bring out some cars and Drivers for a Minimum 4 hours.

Two-year sponsorship at this level is available for an additional amount of $2500.00

 

Checkered Flag - Associate Sponsors - ($2500.00)

Includes: Priority placed corporate name/logo/information : (pick 2)

___4x6 Pit Area, or ___4x6 Front Straight track sign, or ___2x4 Judges Area track sign. This would include 1 agree upon date where we come to your place of business and bring out some cars and Drivers for a Minimum of 4 hours. Plus a listing on our Website.

Two-year sponsorship at this level is available for an additional amount of $1200.00

 

Winners Circle - Associate Sponsors - ($1000.00)

(Only one available!!)

Includes: Corporate placed name/logo/information:

____Victory Lane Area track sign. This is where pictures will be taken as the cars leave the track. It would be named after your company. Example: “Music City Victory Lane”.

Plus a listing on our Website.

 

 

White Flag - Associate Sponsors - ($500.00 or $400 if you provide the banner)

· Contributions can be made on top of any sponsorships. If contribution is In-Kind, please note equivalent cash values.

 

· Please make checks payable to MCQMRA. If you are writing a personal check, please include the name of the corporate account on the check if applicable which the donation/sponsorship should be applied.

 

· All signs are priced based upon a White background and simple design/color schemes—elaborate designs and color will require additional amount due.
