Race Day Schedule
NEW “OFF TRACK” HELMET POLICY
For the safety of all our kids. If your child is riding a bicycle, big wheel, scooter, green mach, ect. You must have a helmet on. No exceptions. Parents please help us in making sure this happens. Thank you for your help.
Weekly Registration: (Local Race)
First Car $30
Each Additional Car $25 (PER FAMILY)
Times for local races: (These do not apply for Region 3 races)
Practice (Open practice till 11:00am)
Registration (9:30 - 10:30am)
Fueling & tech (10:30-11:00am ) Fuel by race order.
Novice training (11:00am on race day)
Track/Drivers Meeting (11:30 & start racing by 12:00pm)
During the meeting we will fill the open spots for judges. RACING WILL NOT START TILL ALL JUDGING SPOTS ARE FILLED.
5 Minute break between each race class.
Judging: Judges will leave drivers meeting to go to the judges stand for the first race unless we qualify.
Any judges not in position after warm up will have their car penalized.
1st offence: Car start in the back of the field at the next race.
2nd offence: 5 championship points deducted & go to the back the next race.
3rd offence: 10 point deduction & go to the back the next race.
(If you can’t make it to judge or are going to be late to the stand, it’s your responsibility to let the Race Director know before the end of the warm-up.)
We all want the day to go as quick as possible so please help where you can. (Judging / Scoring ect..) The quicker we get the help the quicker we get done. Thank you for all you help. See you Saturday!
